Terms and conditions
Please familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions prior to booking your trip or charter with us.
Departure times
- Please make sure that you are at Foyers Pier for check-in 30 minutes before departure time. If you are going to be late, please call 07377 423051 at the earliest possible opportunity.
- If you do not call to advise that you are going to be late, the boat WILL and MUST leave on the scheduled time of departure.
Health & Safety
- In addition to the enjoyment of your trip, safety is of paramount importance on all of our trips and charters.
- The customer must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions given by any member of the Beastie Boats or Foyers Pier team.
- We have a robust management and safety system which is subject to the MCA code.
- Under 5’s are not allowed on our public RIB rides due to safety reasons.
- Customers participating in any of our services must be in general good health and must satisfy themselves that the activity is within their abilities.
- Trips onboard our RIBs (public or charter) are not recommended for those that are pregnant or have back problems.
- The customer must make us aware as part of the booking process of any injuries and/ or illness they have or that occurs after the booking and prior to the trip/ charter commencement.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking on medical grounds if the medical condition is considered detrimental to the safety and smooth running of the trip/ charter.
Cancellations
- If booking a private charter with us, payment in full is required to secure any booking; confirmation of the booking is only secure once payment is received.
- Trips can be cancelled by the customer up to 7 days prior to the cruise/ trip date and a full refund minus a 10% fee will be made.
- Within 7 days of commencement of the charter/ trip, no refund of payment or deposit will be available.
- If for any reason we cancel the charter/ trip a full refund will be issued.
